Since 1986, we bring taste and quality of Italian cuisine on your table.

After a long experience in the family deli shop, Fabiano and Nadia, with passion and commitment, give rise to a broader project, aiming at large-scale production. Today, that dream, started in a kitchen of 40 sqm, has become reality: La Nuova Gastronomia e Pasticceria, is now operating in a 3000 sqm structure, organised in 4 different floors in which are located the production, the storage of raw materials, and an equipped tasting room.

Structure, organization and production have been calibrated in the sign of flexibility and punctuality, in order to better respond to customers’ needs and distribution, in full compliance with the highest standards of quality, authenticity and freshness.

The strengths of La Nuova Gastronomia e Pasticceria are people, united by same goals and same spirit of collaboration, and investments made over the years in modern facilities and innovative basis for the creation of a comfortable and efficient working environment.



La Nuova Gastronomia e Pasticceria makes of quality its flagship. Everything is done in respect of conformity: the choice of raw materials, the production planning, and the provision of services.

For that reason, the company obtained certifications that recognizes its values.

For over 8 years La Nuova Gastronomia is certified IFS higher level.

Addiotionally, the company produces a typical product of the city where it has its seat (Casoncelli alla Bergamasca), which has been certified for the conformity to the original recipe (Bergamo Città dei Mille Sapori).


La Nuova Gastronomia e Pasticceria believes in the close relationship between genuineness / quality of raw materials and the respect for biodiversity.

Bearing this in mind, the company has chosen to combine its strategic choices with defined objectives of environmental protection.

According to that, the company has installed a solar panel system (2007), functional to ensure water heating, and the adoption of photovoltaic panels, which guarantee the full autonomy in production of electricity.

In addition, there is the internal production of nitrogen for the storage of products in modified atmosphere.
